Wait, what? The N.Y.P.D., located half way across the world from the ‘Holy Land’, has opened its own ‘anti-terror’ office inside Israel, writes the al-monitor.com.  Will N.Y.P.D. become a branch of the C.I.A.? How exactly does this legally work? I feel that this is messed up in all sorts of ways.
