This ridiculous picture of the Cliffs of Moher, County Clare (Ireland), was snapped by Sean Tomkins. Obviously it captures the natural beauty of the cliffs, but it also shows a rare natural optical event called a “Brocken Spectre,” or “a magnified shadow of an observer, typically surrounded by rainbow-like bands, thrown on to a bank of cloud in high mountain areas when the sun is low” (Oxford dictionary.) You see Sean’s shadow?
before i even read the caption on this photo i was like I see Jesus! in a rainbow! lol

wow, so it’s a rare but real phenomena? Oh my, I thought for sure it’d been photoshopped-until I read the caption that is. What a beautiful sight, God really does work in mysterious ways. The beauty He creates in nature never ceases to surprise and astound me! 🙂
