Maghera Beach, Ardara. Ardara (Irish: Ard an Rátha, meaning “Height of the Fort”) is a small town in County Donegal, Ireland, located along the N56 road. The community has a population of 731 (per the 2011 Census). Over recent years[when?] the town has seen some great growth with a lot of the pubs and shops being renovated. Some of the main scenic points near the town are the Glengesh Pass, the Maghera Falls and the views out over the Atlantic from Loughros Point.
