My forthcoming publication in Metro Éireann

I’m excited that Metro Éireann is publishing my article on the story of my Pakistani friend here in Dublin.  The article is set to be published on May 1st.

Below is some information cut and pasted from Wikipedia.

Metro Éireann is Ireland‘s multicultural newspaper. It is published by Metro Publishing and Consultancy Limited.

The tabloid-format paper was established by two Nigerians , Chinedu Onyejelem and Abel Ugba in April 2000. Onyejelem, originally from Imo State, now edits the newspaper and is the only full time member of staff.

While originally a monthly publication, it expanded and became weekly in 2006 before becoming a fortnightly in 2010.
Reports on Racist / Intercultural / Multicultural activities. The newspaper publishes articles both in Irish and English, and news on centres for immigrants in Ireland, with a strong focus on Africans. Its contributors have included Roddy DoyleBrian Kerr, Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, Ronit Lentin, Robert Carry and Yvonne Healy .The newspaper has a fortnightly circulation of 5,000.

I just messaged my Pakistani friend to share with him the good news.  He’s excited and keeping his fingers crossed that many people read the article.
